Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-entangled neural networks and federated learning systems
- Develop production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research prototypes into market-ready solutions
- Optimize AI models for edge deployment across distributed IoT ecosystems
- Drive ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience developing production-scale AI systems with Python/C++
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Strong background in distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Experience with quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) with CI/CD automation
