Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our core ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for high-traffic environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends, conducting literature reviews and benchmarking against state-of-the-art research.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready machine learning products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
