Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI and hybrid quantum architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with global market trends and client needs.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models and optimize quantum algorithms for real-time processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data in decentralized and quantum environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#). Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex lifecycle transitions.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and think several steps ahead of the curve.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
