Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures and machine learning pipelines optimized for future hardware.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum physics researchers to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum computing power for optimization and simulation tasks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability in distributed systems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and integration points for the 2026 product cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable, production-ready features.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical interviews, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex, high-concurrency systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
