Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms designed to solve complex optimization problems in logistics and finance.
- System Architecture: Design scalable neural network architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy proof-of-concept prototypes that demonstrate the feasibility of quantum supremacy in commercial applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, hardware engineers, and software developers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Anticipate emerging trends in AI and quantum mechanics to steer the company's long-term technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance under high load.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or AI research.
