Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum algorithms and machine learning models designed for the post-silicon era.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to transition legacy systems into future-proof architectures.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on neuromorphic computing and hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in real-time data processing environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep understanding of parallel computing.
- Experience with quantum simulators (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced research environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
