Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, scalable architecture for AI-driven applications and quantum computing integrations.
- Lead the technical strategy for transitioning legacy systems to next-gen 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security, Product) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization at global scale.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and advanced ML paradigms.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cybersecurity best practices.
