Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI/ML and Quantum integration.
- Lead high-level strategy sessions with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the development of our internal AI infrastructure and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation in neural networks and quantum entanglement models.
- Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in a high-growth environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Ability to think critically about long-term scalability and ethical AI implications.
