Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms tailored for near-term quantum processors.
- Lead research initiatives focused on quantum error mitigation and noise resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate quantum solutions into our product ecosystem.
- Optimize existing deep learning models to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical hardware.

- Define technical roadmaps for quantum AI development and mentor junior researchers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or AI.
- Proven experience in quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Strong background in classical machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of innovation in technical research.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
