Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Neural Networks: Design and implement novel neural architectures optimized for quantum annealers and superconducting qubits.
- Interface Protocols: Develop low-latency, bi-directional communication protocols between human cognition and quantum logic cores.
- Model Optimization: Translate classical machine learning models into quantum circuits while maintaining high fidelity and accuracy.
- UX Engineering: Collaborate with neuro-ergonomics experts to create intuitive feedback loops for real-time data visualization in AR/VR environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous encryption standards for quantum communication channels to protect user privacy in the 2026 landscape.
- Research Leadership: Publish high-impact papers and contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane) and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative models or reinforcement learning.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of working on emerging technologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, undefined environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
