Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data for the 2026 horizon.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including quantum algorithms and neural networks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing infrastructure, ensuring low-latency and high-availability for critical applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for 2026, collaborating with C-level executives to align engineering capabilities with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience in high-performance computing environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of leading high-stakes projects.
