Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design end-to-end AI systems that leverage quantum processors and classical accelerators.
- Develop novel algorithms for quantum annealing and gate-based quantum computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical quantum solutions.
- Optimize neural networks and deep learning models for hybrid quantum-classical environments.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers in quantum best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware and AI research.
- Define technical roadmaps for the integration of quantum technologies into our core product suite.
Qualifications:

- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) or classical simulation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
