Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and architectural standards for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and hardware specialists to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud ecosystems.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize model performance and reduce latency in high-throughput environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and stakeholder reporting.
