Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with quantum computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term R&D roadmap for 2026’s flagship products, focusing on generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
