Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network models optimized for hybrid quantum-classical environments.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in prototyping next-gen algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for AI safety and ethical bias mitigation.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest breakthroughs in Transformer models and quantum entanglement.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 2 years in quantum computing research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with quantum hardware interfaces (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or cloud-based quantum services.
- Strong track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
