Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and quantum computing systems for future-ready applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage in production environments.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience in high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
