In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable machine learning pipelines, optimizing deep learning models for real-time inference, and guiding a team of data scientists. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions that drive competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model monitoring and MLOps implementation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core platforms.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to push the boundaries of AI performance.
- Ensure model scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
