Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using MLOps best practices to support the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to enhance our core product suite.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for inference speed and reduced latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish robust evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, fine-tuning strategies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
