Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems for production environments.
- Develop and fine-tune AI Agents capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced quantization and distributed training.
- Establish robust MLOps workflows using Kubernetes and CI/CD for continuous model integration and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of model performance against safety and ethical benchmarks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate technical roadmaps into feature-rich AI applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Track record of publishing research or contributing to open-source AI projects.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
