As we push the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), you will architect scalable neural networks, optimize inference pipelines, and ensure the ethical deployment of autonomous AI agents. Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the 2026 technical roadmap for our proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) suite and RAG pipelines.
- Optimize model performance (latency/throughput) for real-time edge deployment and large-scale distributed training.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety, alignment, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Research and evaluate emerging paradigms in generative AI and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience in ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments using MLOps.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and distributed training systems (Ray, Spark).
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and safety alignment techniques.
