Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and deep learning models capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with the strategic planning team to define technical milestones and infrastructure requirements for our 2026 product release.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying LLMs or Generative AI models to production.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
