Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years of applied ML experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production deployment of >10M user systems
- Proven track record in optimizing models for edge computing under strict latency constraints
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
