Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models, with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Optimize model inference pipelines and data pipelines for high-throughput real-time applications.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 technological horizon.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, maintaining transparency and fairness in all models.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
