Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for low-latency inference and high-throughput training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and accuracy.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art architectures like Transformers and GNNs.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
