Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance inference in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure our architecture remains relevant for the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
