Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Computer Vision systems.
- Architect scalable data pipelines to handle high-velocity data streams in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency by 20%+ YoY.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance compliance in all model deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
