Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and model serving infrastructure.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize existing models for real-time inference on edge and cloud devices.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for machine learning engineering within the team.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high-scale production traffic.
