Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and inference pipelines for production environments.
- Next-Gen AI: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Large Action Models (LAMs) and multi-modal agents for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency to handle high-throughput data streams.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- MLOps: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment using modern cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Expertise: Strong background in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama) and RAG architectures.
- Cloud Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
