Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous model improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
