Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust, scalable machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference latency and training efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define technical requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and MLOps.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
