Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for high-traffic production environments.
- Conduct research and development to advance our capabilities in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to meet 2026 industry benchmarks.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
