Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures for production environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and research teams to translate business goals into high-impact AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and inference speed for real-time applications.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, specifically in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex products from concept to production.
