Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for production environments.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for natural language processing (NLP) and predictive analytics.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure ethical AI practices are integrated into the model lifecycle and deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
