Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to drive product iteration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
