Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale data pipelines and model serving infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to explore new architectures and algorithms that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and memory efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
