Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI engineering.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research in deep learning and neural networks.
- Build robust MLOps pipelines for automated training and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
