Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for production environments.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability, fairness, and robustness.
- Stay current with the latest research in deep learning, NLP, and generative AI to drive innovation.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and managing ML lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
