Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Engineer scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support high-volume training and inference workloads.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, adapting cutting-edge methodologies to solve complex business problems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed computing (e.g., Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
