Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, Design) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new methodologies like Transformers, GANs, and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
