Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability to handle high-volume enterprise requests.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and libraries (scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
