Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model evaluation and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for scalability, latency, and efficiency in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Implement robust monitoring and logging systems to ensure model reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models serving thousands of requests per second.
- Experience with MLOps tools and pipelines (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
