Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable deep learning models for production environments.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and ensure high-quality training data.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model versioning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping models that have a measurable business impact.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional Agile team.
