Responsibilities
- Model Engineering: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models (LLMs, Transformers, Computer Vision) using Python and modern frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Optimize model inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, experiment tracking, and automated retraining workflows to ensure model reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product teams to translate complex algorithms into user-centric software products.
- Governance: Ensure model fairness, transparency, and ethical alignment across all deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a deep understanding of neural network architectures.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
