Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models, tailored for specific industry verticals.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and retraining of models in production environments.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale model serving.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research from top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into our product suite.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Cloud Knowledge: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
