Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in high-traffic environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and model explainability.
- Drive the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, from experimentation to continuous integration/deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech giant environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps.
