Job Description
Are you ready to define the technology landscape of 2026? Nexus Horizon AI is seeking a visionary AI/ML Architect to lead our next-generation neural infrastructure projects. We aren't just building models; we are architecting the future of human-computer interaction. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical breakthroughs and scalable production systems.
As we look toward the horizon of 2026, we are prioritizing autonomous agents, multimodal learning, and ethical AI frameworks. If you thrive in ambiguity and want to shape the industry standards of tomorrow, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents optimized for edge computing environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation reinforcement learning algorithms to improve decision-making autonomy.
- Design robust data pipelines ensuring high-fidelity training data for 2026 predictive models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable AI roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and bias mitigation across all deployed neural networks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years leading high-impact AI projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and generative AI principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of shipping production-grade AI systems from concept to deployment.
