Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs) relevant to the 2026 tech stack.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency, ensuring our solutions run seamlessly on edge devices and cloud infrastructures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technical team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
