Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for next-generation AI systems targeting deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the technical strategy for Large Language Models (LLMs), including training, fine-tuning, and optimization.
- Oversee MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability, security, and performance of production models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Research emerging AI paradigms to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and LangChain.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical vision.
