Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision applications for the 2026 roadmap.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and fine-tune models to ensure maximum accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research (e.g., Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate them into our product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Programming: Proficiency in C++ or CUDA for high-performance computing applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
