- Implement best practices for MLOps, model governance, and data privacy.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms to drive product innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to deployment.
